One of the most attractive walks in the Himalayan region is the Valley of Flowers, which is situated opposite the amazing backdrop of the tall Himalayas. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, this hidden beauty is home to millions of species of wildflowers, including saxifrages, seams, lilies, poppies, calendulas, daisies, geraniums, zinnias, and petunias.

The Hindu legend novel Ramayan claims that Lord Hanuman found an amazing flower that allowed Lakshman to arise from death in the Valley of Flowers. You experience like you’ve entered a paradise as soon as you enter the valley thanks to the attractive mixture of scents of flowers. The walk is one of the most popular in the world because it provides a rare chance to see the rare blue primula.

  • Witness nature in its full bloom on this trek, perfect for flower lovers, botanists, photographers, and bird watchers.
  • Find peace at the Sikh Gurudwara Hemkund Sahib, which is located next to the beautiful high-altitude lake known as Hemkund, which means "Lake of Snow."
  • Inhale the fresh mountain air mixed with the delightful scents of the flowers throughout the trek.
  • Marvel at the natural beauty as you pass glaciers and cascading waterfalls to reach this enchanting valley.
  • Your safety and convenience are prioritized with thorough sanitization of all equipment to ensure a hassle-free trekking experience.

A Beautiful Journey Through the Mountains from Haridwar to Govindghat via Joshimath
Arrive at the given meetup spot in Haridwar at 7 a.m., where an agent will welcome you and offer an update on the details of your trip.
Start on a beautiful trek from Haridwar to Govindghat. Visit the holy meeting of the Bhagirathi and Alaknanda Rivers, which form the River Ganges, at Devaprayag on the way.
The roads are carved along the mountain's edges, offering views of the river flowing through the deep gorge below. Pass through Joshimath, a key midpoint for various religious pilgrimages.
Conclude your day with an overnight stop in Govindghat.

Experience a filling breakfast as you take in the incredible views of the green mountains as you start your day. After that, a car will take you to Poolna, a nearby town, from where you can begin the trek to Ghangaria.
Travel the well-designated route that winds through beautiful vegetation and follows the beautiful Lakshman Ganga River. Offer gratitude to the people who work so hard to maintain the path's hygiene every day.
Many dhabas will be throughout the route, offering water bottle refills and snacks. A gentle 9-kilometer climb will bring you to the beautiful village of Ghangaria, which is surrounded by mountains.
After checking into your hotel, spend some time enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Before calling it a night, have a delicious dinner in Ghangaria that displays the area's food.

Start your day early with the relaxing tunes of bhajans and have a hot cup of tea. Hemkund Sahib is a tough climb with a high rise that makes using a trekking stick very useful. Because the lower oxygen levels might be difficult, walk carefully and rest regularly.
Reach the sacred location of Hemkund Sahib, where Guru Gobind Singh is said to have meditated during another life. The location is calm, hidden away behind the beautiful Hemkund Lake and surrounded by seven snow-capped mountains.
In the late afternoon, begin the steep descent back to Ghangaria, as the weather can be unpredictable with sudden cloud cover and rain. Upon your return, enjoy dinner under the starry sky and spend the night at the hotel.

Begin your day properly with a healthy breakfast. You'll travel to 3,505 meters today to arrive at the beautiful Valley of Flowers. All it takes is a single look at the green environment to take you to a flower-filled heaven. Give this beautiful sight, one of nature's finest works of art, a little thought. It will lift your mood. Walk around the valley and take in the variety of colorful plants that are in full flower. Though it will be hard to leave this heavenly view, you must start your return trek to Ghangaria in time to arrive before dusk. Enjoy a delicious dinner and rest well for the night.

After breakfast, you'll begin the easy 9 km descent to Poolna, retracing the trail you trekked earlier.
Upon reaching Poolna, a cab will transport you the remaining 4 km back to Govindghat.
If you wish, you can visit the picturesque Auli in the evening.
Later, return to your hotel in Govindghat for an overnight stay.

Depart from Govindghat early to begin your journey back to Haridwar.
